The Service includes, but is not limited to, app search and analysis, DataStudio dashboards, downloadable datasets, and API access. MobSI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or real-world performance outcomes of any Data provided.
3. Account Registration and Access
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your account information current.
4. Usage and Credits
MobSI operates on a pay-as-you-go model. Credits are consumed based on your usage of features such as data queries, exports, and API requests. You are solely responsible for monitoring your credit balance and usage. Credits do not represent ownership of data and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MobSI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights, attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform beyond its intended use, interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, or use the Data in a misleading, deceptive, or unlawful manner.
6. Data Usage and Limitations
All Data provided by MobSI is for informational and analytical purposes only. Estimates, projections, and metrics may differ from actual results. MobSI does not warrant that the Data is error-free or suitable for any specific business decision. You acknowledge that you use the Data at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, branding, dashboards, and proprietary methodologies, are owned by Netsocks or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or sublicense the Service or Data except as expressly permitted.
8. Third-Party Services
MobSI may reference or integrate with third-party services, platforms, or websites. MobSI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of any third-party services, nor for any damages arising from their use.
9. Suspension and Termination
MobSI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the platform, other users, or MobSI. Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited, subject to applicable law.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MobSI disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobSI and Netsocks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MobSI, Netsocks, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to the Terms
MobSI may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Netsocks operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
